We held a marketing conference from Feb. 21st to 23rd, 2019 for analyzing the sales and encouraging the salesmen under the austere economic situation.
The relative departments communicated with the salesmen about technology. We invited some experts in coating industry and some excellent suppliers to communicate with our salesmen about their product and technology. We invited a legal adviser to cultivate our salesmen with relative law works.
Our salesmen made a summary for their works in 2018 and set objectives for 2019.
Our general manager Langwei summarized our achievement in 2018, analyzed the chances and challenges we face under the current economic situation. Mr. Lang had comments on each salesman’s work and encouraged them to worker harder to achieve their goals.
